Creme Premixer
The
Premixer is suitable for preparing various creme
fillings to be deposited on the cookie capper. The
working principle is based on using softened block
fats, or liquid fats.
However this mixer can
handle cold solid blocks as well.
The
Premixer is executed with a double jacket, so it
can be used on the required temperature according
to the recipe and melting point of the fat(s)
used
The mixer is executed with scrapers on the
tank inner wall, which will ensure a even
temperature throughout the product in the
mixer.
The mixer is be driven from the
bottom, with a variable speed drive. The tank top
is partly hinged for easy manual loading.
Automatic loading facilities can be supplied as an
option if required
A transfer pump is build
underneath the Premixer, to pump the product into
a buffer tank for further processing
